- Monday to Saturday: 8.30 am to 9.00 pm
- Sundays and public holidays: 8.30 am to 3.30 pm and 2 hours before concerts

Gastronomy
Two dining venues are located within the building, offering high-quality cuisine based on contemporary gastronomy.
Cafè Palau
A café restaurant serving modern cuisine rooted in tradition. It offers breakfast, a daily menu and service before and after concerts. It also features an outdoor terrace in Plaça del Palau.

Pizzicato gastrobar
An oyster bar offering a selection of tapas made with fresh ingredients, including seafood, meats, smoked dishes and vegan options. A relaxed space for cocktails, informal dinners or weekend lunches.

The Palau Shop
The Palau Shop offers design objects inspired by the building, a selection of classical music, books on Catalan modernism and publications related to the Palau, as well as a section for children.

Reception is open daily from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm.
Reception telephone hours: 9.00 am to 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
Opening times may be subject to minor changes depending on the programme.
Medical Service
The Palau provides a medical service during concerts, located in the Petit Palau foyer.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located in the Petit Palau foyer. Visitors are kindly asked to leave bags, backpacks, cameras, video equipment and umbrellas there.
We recommend not bringing bulky items such as suitcases, large musical instruments, scooters or oversized backpacks to concerts.
