Trio Concept, made up of Edoardo Grieco (violin), Francesco Massimino (cello), and Lorenzo Nguyen (piano), comes to the Palau as part of the ECHO Rising Stars series, nominated by the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden and the Palau de la Música Catalana. The program combines sensitivity and energy: D’un soir triste and D’un matin de printemps by French composer Lili Boulanger, Sicilienne et burlesque by Alfredo Casella, a world premiere by Clemens K. Thomas, and the monumental Trio No. 1 in D minor, Op. 49 by Felix Mendelssohn. A concert that confirms the talent and musical chemistry of a new generation of chamber musicians.
