The Palau de la Música Catalana pays tribute to Montserrat Torrent, the grand dame of the organ and mentor to generations, on the occasion of her centenary. More than twenty of her students and renowned international organists will gather for an organ marathon that will culminate with Torrent’s own performance, taking place the day after her 100th birthday. Part of the Orgue al Palau concert series, this event is an exceptional celebration of the life and legacy of one of the most admired figures in Catalan music.
