In January 2026, we will celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of Lluís Llach's historic concerts at the Palau dels Esports in Barcelona, ​​performances that transcended the purely musical realm to become a landmark of freedom, commitment, and collective hope. Half a century later, we will relive this spirit in the concert “Llach – Gener 76,” with musical direction by Manel Camp and featuring singers such as Gemma Humet, Joan Reig, and Borja Penalba, among others.

To guarantee maximum fidelity and authenticity, the musical direction will be in the hands of Manel Camp, author of the original arrangements for the 1976 concerts. His presence ensures a direct connection to the sound of that era and, at the same time, a subtle adaptation to contemporary aesthetics. Santi Arisa, drummer for the original group that accompanied Llach in 1976, will also be part of the project. With them, the memory of that band—which also included Laura Almerich, Tete Matutano, Quique Cano, and Quico Romeu—will be revived in a new context. The lineup is completed by Borja Penalba (guitars and vocals), Jordi Gas (bass and vocals), Anna Bosch (keyboards), and Sofia Intrago (flute). The lead vocals will be provided by Gemma Humet and Joan Reig (Els Pets, Mesclat, etc.), renowned Llach enthusiasts, who will reinterpret Llach's repertoire with respect, sensitivity, and power.
