I authorize the Orfeó Català - Palau de la Música Catalana Foundation, with its registered office in Barcelona, at Palau de la Música, 4 and 6, and NIF G 59.684.54, to obtain, reproduce, and use images in photographic and/or audiovisual format where my image and/or voice appear in any of the projects organized or promoted by the OC-PMC Foundation, to whom I grant exclusive use of the image and sound rights derived from these photographs and/or videos, as well as the associated rights (right of reproduction, distribution, public communication, dubbing, subtitling, without the following description limiting the scope of the assignment granted here), except for the non-waivable rights. As well as any other associated right that the Intellectual Property law may grant me, without temporal or territorial limitation, derived from my participation in any of the projects organized and/or promoted by the OC-PMC Foundation, and I authorize the publication of this photographic and/or audiovisual material on any type of support and through different means, such as, among others, and without the following description limiting the scope of the assignment granted here, websites, advertising catalogs, magazines, opis, Internet, social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others alike. The rights assignment conferred here also includes the use of material containing my image for promotional purposes.
