Conducted by Kazuki Yamada, the Orchestre national du Capitole de Toulouse will give a concert dedicated to one of the most important works in the symphonic repertoire: Gustav Mahler’s Ninth Symphony. Composed between 1908 and 1909, this work reflects the last years of the composer’s life.
Kazuki Yamada received international recognition after winning the Grand Prix at the Besançon International Conducting Competition in 2009 and regularly appears as a guest conductor with this orchestra from Toulouse, one of the leading symphonic ensembles in France.
