As part of the Pau Casals-Barcelona Day 2026, a meeting will take place with the performers Abel Tomàs (violin) and Arnau Tomàs (cello) of the Casals Quartet, organized by the Pau Casals Foundation with the support of the Orfeó-Català Palau de la Música Catalana Foundation. The meeting will be moderated by Santi Barguñó. All musicians and music lovers are invited to attend, and at the end of the event, the two musicians will answer questions from the audience.

The event will be in Catalan and will be broadcast live on the Pau Casals Foundation's YouTube channel.

On June 9, at 8 p.m., the Casals Quartet will also offer a concert at the Palau de la Música Catalana, accompanied by pianist Alexander Mélnikov.
