The Four Seasons by Vivaldi

—Maria Florea & Franz Schubert Filharmonia

Details

The Emotion of Baroque Music

We revisit one of the most fascinating and beloved works in the history of music: Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons. Maria Florea, concertmaster of the Franz Schubert Filharmonia, will offer a vivid and daring interpretation from the violin and the podium, highlighting the descriptive character and melodic fantasy of this visionary music. The programme will be completed by two Bach concertos — the Concerto for Two Violins and the Concerto for Violin and Oboe — performed by Maria Florea alongside Miguel Ángel Castillo and Pau Roca, soloists of the Franz Schubert Filharmonia.
