Salvador Sobral explores the richness of Brazilian music with A Flor do Recomeço, his first album dedicated entirely to Brazilian composers. The project brings together previously unreleased songs written by artists such as Adriana Calcanhotto, Arnaldo Antunes, Céu, Marcelo Camelo, Mallu Magalhães, Marcos Valle and Tim Bernardes, among others. Produced by Marcus Preto and Tó Brandileone, the album takes its title from a poem by writer Eveline Sin, set to music by Chico César. With this work, the Portuguese singer pays tribute to a musical tradition that has accompanied him since childhood and profoundly shaped his artistic sensibility.
