Sabrina Gárdez & Bernardo Rambeaud
—The cosmopolitan spirit of Spanish music
Details
With an unusual combination of soprano and romantic guitar, Sabrina Gárdez and Bernardo Rambeaud present a recital that highlights the international vocation of Spanish music between the 18th and 19th centuries. Italian songs by Vicente Martín y Soler, Seguidillas by Fernando Sor, a Canzonetta spagnuola by Gioachino Rossini, and a Tarantella by Maria Malibran come together in a vibrant and evocative programme that traces a route through the European salons of the period. A fresh and original proposal, performed by two young talents with personality and artistic rigor.
