The ensemble Opus One, led by guitarist and conductor Xavier Alern, returns to the Palau to reinterpret two iconic works by Mike Oldfield: Ommadawn, on the fiftieth anniversary of its release, and Tubular Bells.

Accompanied by the solo voice of Rosa Cedrón and the African percussion quartet Djilandiang, Opus One offers a vibrant and contemporary take on these classics. A concert that aims to recreate the original sound Mike Oldfield envisioned for the album Ommadawn, just as Opus One previously did with Tubular Bells and Hergest Ridge in previous seasons.
