Miquel Villalba is a pianist of great versatility with a brilliant academic career, in which the Piano and Accompaniment Honor Prizes stand out. He has performed in recitals, in chamber ensembles, and as a soloist with orchestras in Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, among others; and with conductors such as Beat Furrer, Frank Ollu, Georges E. Octors, Ernest Martínez, Francisco de Gálvez, and Juanjo Olives.

It will present a program entitled Tributes, dedicated to the pianist from Lleida, Ricard Viñes, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of his birth. Featuring works by Frederic Mompou, Xavier Montsalvatge, and a premiere by Marian Márquez.
