Flamenkat

Flamenkat
—Sounds here, there and now (from 6 years old)
Details
A concert-show of great visual and sonic contrast that aims to break stereotypes and transcend rational, emotional, cultural, and historical boundaries. A tribute to the plurality of sounds that characterise flamenco, featuring traditional palos such as soleá, martinete, alegrías, guajiras, tangos, and bulerías; emblematic pieces from the history of the genre such as La leyenda del tiempo and Entre dos aguas; and classical composers who were inspired by these sounds, including Manuel de Falla, Mateo Albéniz, and Francisco Tárrega — as well as new versions of musical and literary repertoire of Catalan origin.
