The adventure
A concert show high-contrast visual and sound that aims to break stereotypes and cross borders rational, emotional, cultural or historical to approximate this genre to both the students and the teachers. A tribute to the plurality of sounds that characterizes traditional flamenco palos: soleà, martinete, alegrías, guajiras, tangos, bulerías; themes emblematic of the history of the genre: La leyenda del tiempo, Entre dos aguas; great classical composers who draw on these sounds, such as Manuel de Falla, Mateo Albeniz, Francisco Tarrega and even new versions of literary and musical repertoire of Catalan origin. A proposal of extreme intimacy, delicacy and passion from which discover that music is an art that never cease to amaze.
Goals
- Discover the sound of flamenco, alongside great works of classical music and new versions of literary and musical repertoire of Catalan origin.
- Get the tools and concepts of flamenco: cante, baile and toque.
