The former principal conductor of the Cor de Cambra del Palau de Música Catalana, Josep Vila i Casañas, is once again at the head of the ensemble to conduct a concert that promises to explore the possibilities of this ensemble to the full. In addition to his own works, the programme he has designed includes pieces from the demanding Hungarian tradition and samples of the rich Nordic choral heritage in which the Catalan conductor and composer was trained.
