The Cobla Sant Jordi–Ciutat de Barcelona, conducted by Miquel Massana, presents a monographic concert dedicated to Juli Garreta, a key figure in the sardana and Catalan music. The program features a selection of his most well-known sardanas, as well as lesser-performed ones, with the aim of showcasing the richness and originality of his legacy. Part of the Tardes al Palau concert series, this evening invites audiences to enjoy the full expressiveness of the cobla and to rediscover one of the great masters of Catalan musical heritage.
With funding from the Ministry of Culture, within the framework of the Cultural Capital of Barcelona promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Barcelona City Council.
