Bany de Gong solidarity

Details
The Palau de la Música Catalana hosts Solidarity Gong Bath, a 75-minute immersive experience in the rehearsal hall of the Orfeó Català, guided by sound therapist Laia Solé, specialized in healing through frequencies. An artist of deeply intuitive and mystical nature, her work is grounded in the subtle perception of sound as a channel for connection with life, emotions, and each person’s essence.
This concert is not a conventional musical proposal, but an inner journey. Through the vibrations of the gong, participants are invited to enter a state of deep listening where body, mind, and energy align. A space where the intangible becomes perceptible and where the connection with oneself becomes clear and present.
The aim of this experience is to facilitate a reconnection with the ancestral wisdom that resides within every human being. Throughout the sonic journey, memories, sensations, and emotions that seemed forgotten begin to emerge. In particular, it evokes the energy of childhood: that state of openness, spontaneity, and trust where everything seems possible and no self-imposed limits exist.
This approach is not accidental. The concert has a charitable nature, and part of the proceeds will be donated to a local organization dedicated to fighting child poverty. For this reason, the experience is conceived as a tribute to childhood, awakening in each participant the joy, lightness, and authenticity inherent to this stage of life.
Bany de Gong Solidarity thus offers a dual dimension: a transformative experience on an individual level and a conscious contribution to an urgent social cause. An invitation to remember, feel, and share from a more essential place.
Half of the proceeds will be donated to the Casal dels Infants del Raval.
