As part of the Pablo Casals Day–Barcelona 2024, a meeting will take place with the brilliant musicians Francesco Piemontesi (piano), Renaud Capuçon (violin) and Daniel Müller-Schott (cello), organized by the Pau Casals Foundation with the support of the Orfeó-Català Palau de la Música Catalana Foundation.

The three musicians will talk about their academic and professional career and the great events that have been important in their development, as well as their current projects. They will also explain what we can expect from this first time that the three soloists will play together in trio format. Some videos will be showed, and they will discuss how Pablo Casals is a source of inspiration for artists from all over the world.

The meeting will be moderated by the cellist Erica Wise and all the musicians and melomaniacs are invited to participate. At the end of the event, Piemontesi, Capuçon and Müller-Schott will answer the questions of the audience.

The event will be in English and will be broadcast live on the Pau Casals Foundation’s YouTube channel.

On 12 June at 8 p.m., Piemontesi, Capuçon and Müller-Schott will also offer a concert at the Palau de la Música Catalana.
