At 81 years old, Salvatore Adamo has returned to the stage in great shape, ready to celebrate his 60-year career. This long-awaited comeback, cherished by his fans, follows a forced pause due to health issues. The singer first faced vocal cord difficulties and later a pulmonary edema, which led him to postpone his 80th birthday celebration tour. 

On social media, Adamo shared his commitment to his audience: "I want our reunion to be a celebration without limitations, but I must respect time, as it is the one that sets the pace". 

After overcoming these challenges, Adamo celebrated his 81st birthday on November 1 with optimism: "Knock on wood, but everything is fine. I’ve regained my energy and breath. I’ve performed six concerts, including the Grand Rex, and I feel good". 

The artist is also preparing to release a double album in French and another in Spanish, acknowledging that each record is a significant emotional and physical effort: "I’m not saying it will be the last, but it’s possible".
