Accessibility
Universal accessibility refers to the ability of all individuals, regardless of their physical, mental, or sensory abilities, to access and use products, services, and environments autonomously and safely. This means that every person should be able to fully participate in society, regardless of their abilities or disabilities.
El Palau de la Música Catalana is committed to ensuring accessibility to the building and the activities that are programmed.
The modernist building is located in the Barri de Santa Caterina i Sant Pere, in the heart of Ciutat Vella and next to Via Laietana. It has three concert halls with different capacities and features to host various musical and cultural proposals in a unique atmosphere. It also has catering, cafeteria, and a shop. For any questions or suggestions regarding accessibility at the Palau de la Música or to inform us of your specific needs in advance, you can contact [email protected].
Consult the access instructions to the Palau de la Música Catalana.
Accessibility services
Service dogs are allowed to access the entire building, including the concert hall.

Tickets and prices
Ticket sales conditions and special prices
To facilitate online ticket sales for concerts with discounts for people with disabilities, we have devised a registration system that only needs to be completed once. This system will allow the ticketing program to recognize the client and apply the corresponding discount without the need to resubmit documentation or visit the box office. HERE are the instructions for completing this process. Additionally, we offer a tele-assistance service with video calls for purchasing tickets or any other transactions with one of the professionals from the Palau's Box Office team without the need to travel. Request your tele-assistance appointment by calling 93 295 72 07 or emailing [email protected].
This sales policy applies to concerts in the Palau's own programming (which can be consulted HERE). Concerts by external promoters have their own discount policies for people with disabilities and reserved seating for people with mobility restrictions.
