Conditions

  • Ticket prices are exempt from VAT, in accordance with Article 20.U.14 of Law 37/1992.
  • The Foundation reserves the right to apply sales commissions for handling fees through its sales channels and for ticket reprints at the Box Office. In the event of a ticket refund, the sales commission will not be refunded, as it is a cost specifically related to the purchase process and not to the holding of the event.
  • The OC-PMC Foundation offers a refund service to all buyers at the time of purchase, with a surcharge of 10% of the ticket price, in order to guarantee the possibility of requesting a refund up to 24 hours before the concert. Otherwise, purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Only season ticket holders may request ticket exchanges or refunds.
  • The Orfeó Català–Palau de la Música Catalana Foundation reserves the right to make changes to the programme at the request of the artists or for reasons beyond the Foundation’s control.
  • The Orfeó Català–Palau de la Música Catalana Foundation reserves the right to reassign audience members whose seats are affected by changes in the concert production. Any proposed reassignment will always be to seats of an equivalent or higher category than those originally purchased.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify discounts before completing the purchase; therefore, claims made afterwards regarding the non-application of a discount will not be accepted.
  • Discounts cannot be combined.
  • Information regarding visibility in the ticketing system is indicative only. The Palau is a venue with more than one hundred years of history and unique architectural standards. Visibility is also subject to the positioning of the artists on stage.
  • The buyer accepts the conditions of the seat at the time of purchase.
  • Season ticket prices may fluctuate dynamically upwards or downwards depending on venue occupancy. The audience accepts the ticket price at the time of purchase.
  • The Orfeó Català–Palau de la Música Catalana Foundation is not responsible for the authenticity, price, or conditions of tickets sold through ticket resale platforms. The Foundation recommends purchasing tickets only through the official channels of the Palau de la Música Catalana.
  • The concert ticket itself serves as an invoice and proof of purchase.
  • Any customer balance for the purchase of tickets and subscriptions not used within ten years will be considered a donation to the activities of the Palau.

  • Standing or remaining in the aisles during concerts is not allowed.
  • Mobile phones and all types of alarms must be silenced.
  • Objects may not be placed on the railings of the balconies or aisles.

  • Venue staff may request to see audience members’ tickets at any time.

Minors

The minimum age for attending concerts is 4 years old. Children under the age of 4 may only attend concerts programmed by the Orfeó Català–Palau de la Música Foundation within the Family Concerts at the Palau series.

In the Family Concerts at the Palau series, all children from the age of one year must have their own ticket. Exception: for performances and workshops specifically aimed at families with babies aged 0 to 12 months, babies must also have their own ticket.

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian in order to enter the hall.

For concerts organised by external promoters, conditions must be checked directly with the promoter in each case.

The Palau is committed to promoting music among children, which is why concerts specifically aimed at them are programmed within the Family Concerts at the Palau and Schools at the Palau series. However, in the rest of the programming, especially classical music concerts, optimal conditions of silence and behaviour are required to ensure the audience’s listening experience. Therefore, any child of any age who interferes with the performance may be required to leave the hall.
