Barcelona’s passion for Wagner has been documented for many decades. This concert programme is aimed at the legion of Wagnerites who love Götterdämmerung, Tristan und Isolde and Die Walküre, among other works. 

In response to the book Wagnerism by Alex Ross, the concert will uncover some of the historical influences behind music by Wagner, the favourite composer of Lluís Domènech i Montaner, the architect of the Palau. History, music and tangible and intangible heritage.
