Attention: People who have bought tickets for a concert that has been canceled or postponed due to the COVID-19 health crisis and want to recover the money or exchange them for another concert, can request it at the Ticket Offices of the Palau using this form.
Our box office staff is doing their best in order to be able to carry out all the petitions with the speed that the present circumstances allow us.

(*) Donations enjoy a tax deduction on IRPF of 80% for the first 150 euros and 35% for the following. In the Corporation Tax the tax deduction is 35%
