Franco-Italian mezzo-soprano Lea Desandre and the instrumental ensemble Jupiter, led by lute player Thomas Dunford—who have recorded their first album  together—will perform at the Palau de la Música Catalana under the title Passion songs, with a programme that  focuses on two composers from the late Renaissance and early English Baroque period: John Dowland—with a performance of some of his most famous pieces—and Henry Purcell, with excerpts from his most-loved operas.
