The 'Unfinished' by Schubert



Note (03/23/2020): Due to the extraordinary measures imposed by the state authorities in containing the virus COVID-19, the Palau de la Música Catalana is forced to close its doors and postpone/cancel upcoming concerts and activities until further notice.

This concert is postponed until September 18, 2020 but there will be a change of program. The same tickets will be valid except for some places on the sides of the first and second floors, which will be canceled to accommodate the singers and will be changed to similar or higher locations.

Attention: People who have bought tickets and wish to get a refund or exchange them for another concert of the Foundation, should contact the box office by email at

Gustavo Dudamel, directing the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, presents two essential works of classical music: Schoenberg’s The Transfigured Night and Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony. Only the versatility of a great musician can enable us to enjoy and understand this music in a new way.
