The Palau offers the public several options in relation to the tickets for the 2019-20 season
Due to the extraordinary measures imposed by the state authorities in containing the virus COVID-19, the Palau de la Música Catalana is forced to close its doors and postpone/cancel upcoming concerts, activities and Guided Tours until further notice.
Concerts organized by the Fundació Orfeó Català/Palau de la Música Catalana
People who have tickets for concerts for the 2019-20 season and who have been affected by the declaration of the state of alarm have different options that can be formalized in the following and which we detail below:
1. Save the amount in your customer account to to reinvest in future purchases or exchange it for another entry or season ticket next season (see HERE). The customer's available balance does not expire.
2. Make a donation of the amount to help the Palace continue its activity. Remember that making a donation has tax advantages and the corresponding certificate will be issued. (Donations enjoy a tax deduction on IRPF of 80% for the first 150 euros and 35% for the following. In the Corporation Tax the tax deduction is 35%)
3. Refund of the amount.
